  ordered a computer from them and it said 3-5 business days for delivery but when I call asking about the order they turn around and say it won't come for a month and gave me no solution or way to speed up the process and since it is a "special order" there is no way to cancel it and get my money back. I will no longer do my shopping at office depot and will not recommend them to anyone.

  Bought several Phone Chargers that you should be able to charge three times ,but they don't perform to the charging maximum only charges half on one phone then it empties not able to get a full charge on one phone.they are pretty good on exchanging with an ID,but still same quality on all chargers same problems.
