  Terrible customer service. Have had good interactions with a small amount of department employees but the overall customer service of the store leaves a lot to be desired. Had an employee tell me they couldn't complete a return so we drove 20 miles to the other store only to have them tell us all they had to do was call. Returned a broken online order and another employee told me that the next store over had it but that they couldn't call to confirm or place the item aside. When I arrived the item wasn't in stock. Drove BACK to the original store, Palm Springs #8526, and told them how upset I was with their customer service but even the manager seemed indifferent to alleviate the situation, telling me all they could do was order the item from the same website I can access from the comfort of my living room. Amazon, please hurry and get into the home improvement business.

  I visit this Home Depot all the time. There are many nice people who have a lot of knowledge of what I need to buy when I am doing a project. I have been pretty happy with their service. Thanks
