  This review is actually by MRS. De La Campa...I dropped in on my way to an appt downtown PS casually asking about a small repair needed on a 30yr old jade & gold bangle that belonged to my mother who recently passed away. That said, I wasn't inclined to leave it for such a small repair as I've had things lost & even damaged at OTHER local shops that shall remain nameless. Both employees George & Christie were kind, patient & MORE than willing to make the repair ON THE SPOT (as it was an XTRA hot day & quite slow). The repair was made & the gold was polished in less than 10-15min Thanks Emerson & Farrar! Nice to have a beautiful AND professional shop in town. Welcome to the neighborhood!

  I had some diamond earrings changed over because of stripped backing. They did a great job and I am really happy with the change. Christie has emailed me and kept me in the loop on store hours and vacation all the way.I will be back soon. If you need A beautiful and unique gift this is the place to go.   I spoke to Christie on the phone and was inquiring about a ring guard, i haven't been able to find any that are good quality and comfortable. She was so nice, very patient and informative. I went right there when i got off work, and as soon as i walked in george welcomed me and asked what he could do for me. After i told him what i was looking for, he explained in detail how the ring guard works, and immediately went to put it on. This place is amazing, very time efficient, hard and friendly employees, & honest. I have never had a bad experience and now i get to wear my engagement ring without having to worry about it falling off or spinning around. THANK YOU CHRISTIE AND GEORGE.
